WOD: Good Morning Run and Jump

Pick a distance such as your street or a particular straight away about 100 yards.

Run or jog for the distance selected, perform 25 push ups, 25 Jumping Jacks, and 10 Body Squats.

Run back to starting point. Take a 30 second break.

Repeat until 4 runs, 50 push ups, 50 jumping jacks, and 20 body squats have been completed

Thought for the day: Look up into the sky and take 10 slow deep breaths. Remind yourself that someone else somewhere is looking up from a whole different perspective. Be blessed and thankful for what you do have.
